About the Role Work across an adult caseload, within the community - NDIS, TAC, Worksafe, SIL, SDAs and more Support clients and their families with equipment prescription, home modifications, and more Plan, deliver, and review tailored assessments and interventions to help clients reach their goals and build independence Be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team while building strong partnerships with external stakeholders Provide support and supervision to junior clinicians What’s in it for you?
