As a Private Executive within Westpac Private Bank based in Melbourne, you’ll be entrusted with managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. This is a relationship first role where you’ll deliver bespoke banking, lending and wealth solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. You’ll collaborate across our Private Wealth ecosystem and the broader Westpac Group to ensure seamless delivery of our full-service proposition. This is also a true growth role. You’ll be focused on strategic new client acquisitions, building quality relationships across your network and the market to bring new high value clients into the fold. With a strong focus on acquisition, advocacy and portfolio performance, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial futures of Australia’s most successful individuals and families. What do I need? RG146 compliant with deep understanding of AML/KYC obligations. Proven success in acquiring and growing high net worth client portfolios, with a genuine appetite for new business development. Mastery in banking, lending or wealth (ideally across all three). Strong understanding of alternate investments, bonds, hybrids, FX and interest rate swaps. Commercial acumen with a focus on portfolio profitability, risk management and delivering outstanding client experiences. Ability to navigate complex client needs with discretion, insight and professionalism. Why join us?
