North Tasmania has an exciting opportunity for an experienced CT Radiographer to step into a CT Lead role within one of our busy clinics, primarily St Vincents . This is a Full-Time position playing a key role in supporting clinical leadership, maintaining imaging excellence, and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-focused CT services. Part-time will be considered on application . This will be a Monday – Friday with regular business hours between 8am and 6pm, working a 38hr week, with participation on the on-call roster. Working closely with Radiologists, the Area Chief Radiographer and site leadership, you will lead by example while continuing to perform hands-on CT scanning across a diverse and interesting case mix. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day clinical leadership for the CT service Deliver high-quality CT imaging in line with I-MED protocols and standards Support, mentor, and develop CT radiography staff Promote a strong safety culture including radiation dose optimisation Assist with CT protocol review and optimisation with Radiologists Support workflow efficiency and positive patient experiences Participate in quality assurance, accreditation, and continuous improvement Contribute to on-call, after-hours, and weekend rosters as required About You AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner Strong CT experience with the ability to work independently Previous senior, leadership, or modality lead experience (desirable) Commitment to delivering patient-centred, high-quality care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Life at I-MED Radiology Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD) and career advancement.
