Job Title Corporate Legal Associate - Sydney office Ref No. 103440 Job Location Sydney Opening Date 22-Jan-2026 Work Type Full Time Description Corporate Legal Associate You will join our high-performing Corporate team, working closely with dynamic Corporate Partners who have extensive experience advising on private M&A and private equity transactions across both domestic and cross-border markets. Our work spans the full deal lifecycle, from structuring and execution through to post-completion integration and group restructurings, as well as broader corporate governance and strategic advisory matters. With a growing practice, deep technical capability, and a strong commitment to mentoring and professional development, this role provides genuine opportunities to engage in career-defining work and achieve long-term progression within a collaborative and high-calibre team environment. To be successful in this role, you will have: 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in a similar role within a private practice firm Experience in Private M&A preferably gained in Australia Strong technical skills, with excellent attention to detail A commercial mindset and the ability to deliver practical, client-focused advice Well-developed written and verbal communication skills You will be a collaborative team player who is self-motivated, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and take a proactive approach to your work.
