As a Room Leader you’ll work with a team of early childhood professionals to deliver SDN’s innovative, high quality and inclusive program for children, while building strong, meaningful relationships with children and families, and delivering the support of the SDN village to their lives. About you You will be a Diploma-qualified educator/room leader, have an exceptional understanding of inclusive early childhood practice and a willingness to share your knowledge and to grow and learn. About the role In this role you will draw upon your leadership, coaching and mentoring skills to support smooth service delivery in your room. This includes delivery of the room’s educational program while supporting staff development through individual and team assessment. You will support the Centre Director with the general direction of the service and supervision of staff, students and volunteers within the room you are leading.
