Description Internships at Ulton are more like short-term positions. We don’t just want students to go back to school or uni with stronger CVs, we want them to take new perspectives, skills and connections with them. As long as you bring the passion and curiosity, we’ll bring the hands-on opportunities. And, did you know that most of our Vacationers receive an offer for a full-time trainee or graduate position after completing the program? What will you do? As an intern, you’ll receive one-on-one mentoring from industry professionals, across multiple service areas. You will gain real-life practical experience, work on real clients and be involved in meetings and workshops. Vacation placements are paid and usually last two weeks. Students are placed at times that fit with their study timetable and existing work commitments. To be eligible, you must be a Year 11 -12 or university student (studying in the business arena). While marks might determine academic aptitude, it’s just one characteristic that goes towards making a graduate an attractive employee.
