What You’ll Do: Oversee daily operations of the Tavern, ensuring the highest standards of service in our bar and gaming rooms. Drive revenue growth across all areas of the Tavern by identifying opportunities, optimising product offerings, and supporting initiatives that enhance guest experience and profitability. Inspire and mentor your team, driving a positive and productive culture focused on excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement. Be the main point of contact for guest feedback, ensuring any concerns are handled professionally and smoothly. Assist in managing stock, scheduling, and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets. Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines, licensing laws, and all regulatory requirements. What We’re Looking For: An energetic hospitality leader bringing solid Assistant Manager experience and ambition to step up. A valid NT RSA, RSG and Gaming Machine Manager License (or willing to obtain). Proven experience in driving revenue in F&B, gaming and bistro operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems on the go. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Knowledge of hospitality regulations and financial management.
