About the Role The Information Systems Support Analyst plays a key role in the IT department of Lutheran Homes Group (LHG), providing Level 1 and 2 technical support to ensure seamless IT operations. This role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network management, and promptly addressing service requests. The analyst works closely with IT team members and other departments to resolve technical challenges and support IT solutions that align with organisational goals. By maintaining system reliability, supporting IT projects, and delivering high-quality technical assistance, the IS Support Analyst enhances system performance and user satisfaction, contributing to LHG’s operational continuity and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure. What will you do? Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain IT assets, system configurations, and documentation to ensure security and efficiency. Implement and monitor IT policies, software updates, and access controls. Monitor network performance and assist with connectivity and system availability. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity. Analyse support data to identify trends and recommend improvements to IT services. Collaborate with team members and other departments to support IT projects, system updates, and process enhancements. More About you Holds relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields, with additional IT certifications or memberships considered desirable. Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving skills across diverse IT environments. Excellent communicator, able to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing priorities, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering IT support under pressure. Flexible and adaptable, capable of working extended hours, participating in on-call rosters, and traveling locally or interstate as required.
