Omnitest is seeking an experienced Business Operations Support to join our specialised testing facility. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Procure and manage stock, consumables, and punch tooling to support fabrication and testing operations Coordinate fabrication workflows by issuing accurate job specifications and technical information to fabricators Schedule and manage testing programs, liaising with Testing Technicians to ensure test dates, capacity, and requirements are met Identify, target, and engage potential testing customers to maintain and grow testing volumes Prepare technical quotations and manage invoicing in line with agreed pricing and service requirements Maintain accurate operational, customer, and testing records across business systems Manage OmniTest’s LinkedIn activity and support professional customer communication and engagement. About You Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers Experience using AIQ and Orgadata estimation software AX data entry and processing experience Strong written and verbal communication skills CNC programming experience (highly regarded) Ability to work autonomously and deliver results Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High level of self-motivation with a continuous improvement mindset Willingness to undertake further education and training Why Join Us?
