The Role As Registered Nurse, you’ll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, backed by Australian Unity’s 180‑year legacy. What You’ll Do • Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team • Ensure safe, person‑centred, compliant care every day • Support the clinical governance, documentation, AN‑ACC, NQIP, risk & quality • Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services) • Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources • Support Better Together® and occupancy outcomes About You • RN with current AHPRA registration • Knowledge of AN‑ACC, NQIP, ACQSC • Residential Aged Care leadership experience • Strong communication and coaching capability • Desirable: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Aged Care Details • Casual role covering afternoon or night shift across a 7 day roster Apply now and help us deliver Real Wellbeing at Sienna Grange.
