ABOUT THE ROLE This role exists to ensure our content works harder – across channels, campaigns and both human and AI search environments. As part of the marketing team, it provides an essential Australian perspective across content and social. You'll own TRA’s search strategy, enhance our Australian content, and help evolve how content is planned, created and optimised. . WHAT YOU’LL DO Support the delivery of TRA’s content strategy, driving brand fame and engaging target audiences. Own the search elements of TRA’s content strategy, applying best practice SEO and AEO strategies to ensure content is discoverable across Google and AI search environments (AIO/LLMs). Collaborate with the Content Lead to write, edit, and publish content for digital channels (social media, website, articles, ad/email campaigns, and supporting assets) while maintaining a consistent brand tone and inclusive voice. Write new and optimise existing content for the Australian market Utilise HubSpot to execute marketing strategies and key client communications, leveraging data and automation to improve results. Monitor content performance against OKRs and continuously optimise for success. Requirements ABOUT YOU 3 years’ experience in digital content, copywriting or content marketing Strong SEO capability (Semrush or similar) and curiosity about AI-driven search Experience owning and executing content calendars Confidence using data and analytics to inform decisions Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and LinkedIn content A sharp eye for detail and a bias for “smarter, not harder” ways of working You’re a self-starter who thinks strategically, executes confidently, and enjoys building systems that help good ideas travel further.
