Job Description About Our Client We are partnering with our client, a premium flash sales business operating across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. The business works directly with luxury brands and official distributors to transform past-season inventory into high-performing, sustainable online and offline sales experiences. Sustainability is core to the model, with a strong focus on circular retail and responsible inventory management. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Operations and Marketing, the Omnichannel Operations Executive plays a critical role in the flawless execution of offline pop-up events and selected online sales. This is a hands-on operational role where precision, reliability, and accountability are essential. You will progressively take ownership of larger and more complex events as your experience grows. Key Responsibilities Offline pop-up event operations Pre-event Prepare and upload stock lists and quota rules into systems with a high level of accuracy Coordinate logistics with brand partners, warehouses, and venues Ensure all systems and operational processes are prepared ahead of each event During event Receive, scan, and verify incoming stock against delivery documentation Own inbound inventory processes and reporting Support physical event setup and Shopify POS testing Provide backend operational support during live sales Assist with daily sales reporting and on-ground support as required Post-event Own repacking and outbound inventory processes with zero discrepancies Coordinate bump-out logistics and outbound reporting Liaise with brand partners to resolve discrepancies Online event operations Travel to warehouses in Western Sydney and occasionally Melbourne Supervise inbound, pick, and pack processes at 3PL warehouses Act as the key liaison between warehouse teams and e-commerce Identify and propose operational process improvements Requirements 2 to 3 years’ experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or inventory management Strong background in stock control and inventory accuracy Advanced Excel skills Experience with Shopify and Shopify POS is an advantage Comfortable with physical demands, long days, and occasional weekend work Job Details Location: Sydney CBD Employment type: Permanent, full-time Working arrangement: Hybrid of 4 office days per week Start date: ASAP What’s On Offer Exposure to both online and offline luxury retail operations High ownership and autonomy Clear progression into senior operations roles International business exposure
