About the role The role of the Distribution Centre Staff is to support Distribution Centre management in running the performance of the warehouse to achieve the company vision and implement our 2030 strategy. Your day-to-day Strong communication skills both via phone & email Learn and get an understanding of the operation of the RBL sales and logistics operations Be the main point of contact from the DC for the RBL branches in NSW Prompt following up of queries from the RBL branches with regards to deliveries and issues Liaise with the supervisors on the DC floor to resolve issues as a matter of priority Liaise with the COF team (based in MelbIourne) when issues arise to work on a prompt solution for the sales team and customers We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who: Has previous experience in administration, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone Sound level of experience within a customer driven organisation Intermediate to advanced user proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel / Word) Accurate data entry and analysis skills Sound attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality.
