About the role The Salvation Army’s Karratha Youth Service is seeking a committed and compassionate Night Support Youth Worker to support young people aged 15–25 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. In this overnight role, you will help create a calm, safe and supportive environment where young people feel respected, settled and connected. This permanent part-time role averages 28 hours per week across three-night shifts, generally running from 4:00pm to around 7:30am the following morning. Shifts include active support time, a sleepover period, and a paid handover at the end of each shift. Sleepover hours attract the applicable allowance, and meal breaks are supported by a paid meal allowance. This role is paid in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 4. The shift days are negotiable and will be confirmed with the successful applicant.
