What you’ll contribute to As a Connected Mobility Product Support Representative, you will support Toyota Fleet Management’s mission to deliver innovative, end‑to‑end fleet solutions to some of Australia’s most successful organisations. You’ll play a key role within our Connected Mobility function—administering fleet products and services, ensuring accurate processing, and helping our Fleet Sales and Operations teams deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Your work will directly support our broader Sales Division, which collaborates across Dealer Distribution, Fleet Management, and Market & Partner Development to provide industry‑leading product, pricing, insurance, marketing, strategy and retention support to our dealer network. How you’ll make an impact We’re looking for a detail‑driven, customer‑focused and motivated individual who can support the day‑to‑day delivery of Connected Mobility products with accuracy, speed and professionalism. In this role, you will: Administer and process Connected Mobility product transactions accurately and efficiently Investigate and resolve Connected Mobility invoice enquiries Order products and services and respond to enquiries related to those orders Complete daily Connected Mobility tasks and ensure compliance with TFA policies and procedures Ensure all fleet product orders are processed within required timeframes Identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency, product quality, and internal processes Support creative problem‑solving to enhance Connected Mobility product offerings Assist with the implementation of new technologies and system improvements Your attributes If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you!
