What you’ll achieve As a Clinical Functional Consultant (amPHI) you will be part of our highly successful Professional Services team working closely with Solution Specialists, Project and Product Managers, Support and Development teams, playing a key role in documenting and delivering project requirements. You will Provide Clinical leadership and hands on software implementation roles supporting the deployment of amPHI and other Dedalus applications, leverage your clinical background aiding in the completion of tender responses and Implementation Planning Studies. Assist Project Manager/s in the delivery of project activities including solution validation, requirements analysis, configuration, documentation and customer training. Provide comprehensive application lifecycle support incorporating issue/defect reporting, incident investigation/resolution, enhancement identification and customer requirements qualification. Support establishment and validation of new regional and customer datasets (with localised configuration and other aspects). Answer client queries with regards to application setup/user accessibility/functionality and manage client data discrepancies/faults. Maintain current knowledge of evolving trends and standards in health informatics in relation to healthcare opportunities and ensure timely communication of potential impacts or improvements to our healthcare product offerings Assist in the education and mentoring of other staff to provide greater levels of customer engagement and improve the quality of service and software delivery Take the next step towards your dream career At Dedalus Life flows through our software. Minimum 5 years functional experience in the healthcare setting. Experience with pre-hospital information management systems Clinical Information management systems, electronic Medication Management (eMM), or similar products High-level of knowledge with Health Industry Skills in business analysis, and requirement definition Some flexibility with working hours as required to work with Dedalus teams in different time zones. Ability to work in a combination of office environment, customer location or remote locations. Desirable Requirements SQL basics for database interrogation is desirable Strong proficiency with Clinical Information Management products and understanding of requirements around integration of third-party systems. This includes supporting, troubleshooting, and configuring clinical systems.
