About the role The work of the Child Protection Team Manager is complex, challenging, and rewarding. The Team Manager is responsible for supervising and developing a team of Child Protection Practitioners. As a Team Manager you will have direct case planning delegation and the opportunity to influence positive outcomes for children and families.The Team Manager will support practitioners to work in a statutory environment where they must exercise legal delegations and functions pursuant to the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (Vic).
