Experienced Aged Care Casual EN/RN willing to DIDO between Launceston & Hobart We have an urgent requirement for a casual Aged Care EN or RN who is already living locally and ready to commence. This role cannot accommodate relocation or delayed start dates. You must be able to work in both Launceston and Hobart. The Opportunity We’re seeking Casual Aged Care Nurses to travel across Launceston and Hobart to support our clinical teams on the ground. You’ll play a key role in coordinating and facilitating Telehealth consults with GPs, Geriatricians, and Physicians, ensuring residents receive the right care at the right time. This is a casual and flexible role ideal for someone who loves autonomy and variety, while still making a real difference in aged care. You must be available to work in both Launceston and Hobart. Working Pattern We may require you to be available for full weeks at a time depending on location and service needs. You'll get your roster one week in advance. You’ll work on site at aged care facilities during your scheduled shifts, supporting residents and staff directly while coordinating Telehealth consults. Although you’ll be using technology to connect with clinicians remotely, this is not a work from home role. Travel blocks and scheduling are planned in advance around continuity of care for our partner facilities. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your existing roster or other work commitments, flexibility is essential. What You’ll Do Coordinate and support Telehealth rounds in aged care facilities across multiple regions Liaise with GPs, Specialists, and on-site nursing staff to deliver seamless care Manage schedules, documentation, and follow-ups using smart technology (laptop provided) Build strong relationships with facility staff and residents Support the ongoing growth of the Access Aged Care service model through collaboration and communication What You’ll Bring AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse Minimum of 2 years experience post qualification as either Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse Aged Care experience (leadership or clinical coordination highly regarded) Strong IT skills and confidence working with digital systems Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Critical Thinking and strong clinical knowledge A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle A proactive, professional, and flexible approach to work Why Join Us Competitive hourly rates allowances (where applicable) Work with an innovative, values-driven organisation Access to smart technology (laptop, tablet) Be part of a friendly, supportive, and purpose-driven team How to Apply If you're eager to contribute to improving lives, click "apply now."
