An opportunity has become available for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our HQ team based in beautiful Burleigh Heads. About the Role: Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will collaborate with the wider marketing team, specializing in performance marketing strategy, execution, optimisation, and analytics. In this role, you will own a full-funnel, performance-driven approach, planning and implementing innovative multi-channel digital strategies that drive global boutique appointment bookings, customer acquisition, and online sales growth through an omni-channel approach across boutiques, wholesale, and online/ecommerce. We are looking for an experienced performance marketing professional with a strong background in paid digital advertising who can confidently own strategy, budgets, execution, and reporting while working within a global brand environment. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across all paid digital channels, driving global boutique bookings, customer acquisition, and online revenue growth. Manage and optimise all performance marketing platforms including Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging channels. Plan, execute, and continuously optimise full-funnel campaigns using data, testing, and performance insights to maximise ROI and cost efficiency. Own the performance marketing budget, ensuring spend is strategically allocated to meet KPIs while maintaining acceptable cost per booking. Develop and deliver regular performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders. Collaborate closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to brief, launch, and optimise high-performing ad creative and messaging. Oversee campaign setup, tracking, and attribution, including Google Tag Manager, product feeds, and UTM parameters. Stay across industry trends and platform developments, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. Essential Knowledge & Experience Required: 5 years’ experience in a performance marketing or digital marketing role, ideally within a high-growth or ecommerce-led business. Proven hands-on experience managing large paid media budgets across Google Ads and paid social platforms including Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, conversion optimisation, and ROI-driven decision-making. Advanced analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager. Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, and optimise performance marketing strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Alignment with the Grace Loves Lace mission and values.
