About the role We’re seeking experienced Night Shift Digital Print Finisher (Digicon Operator) to join our MCC Brisbane team. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled professionals who take pride in their craft and enjoy working within a supportive, highly capable team. 3-day, 36-hour work week with 12-hour shifts Night shift hours: 6:00pm – 6:00am Your duties Operate advanced print technology to deliver client orders on time and to high-quality standards. Maintain and troubleshoot machinery with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. Inspect components and promptly report maintenance or repair needs. Uphold quality assurance practices and maintain accurate production records. Support and train Assistant Printers, coordinating daily tasks to ensure smooth operations. About you Level 1 & 2 HP Indigo Press Operators. Trade qualified Print Finishing Operators (ABG or similar). Experience with Flexo or Web Offset. Experience with high embellished labels will be an advantage, but not essential. Previous experience working in a printing/manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
