This role is pivotal in offering specialist advice and support to Northern Territory Government client agencies regarding best practice recruitment strategies. Working proactively and collaboratively with client agencies the role is responsible for developing innovative recruitment planning and sourcing strategies and creating advertising content to engage high-calibre applicants for difficult to fill vacancies. In addition, the role manages a range of recruitment processes to develop and maintain talent pools of in-demand talent.
