Who You Are We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Early Chilhood Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities • Crafting a curriculum designed to meet children's needs, interests and ideas Plan and lead play based activities Help children build early literacy and numeracy skills Prepare lessons plans and follow curriculum guidelines Communicate and collaborate with other educators, specialists, caregivers and parents What We’re Looking For • Previous experience working with children in a school and early learning environment • Strong understanding of child-safety and duty-of-care obligations • Ability to work as part of a team • Excellent communication skills What We Offer • Full-time, permanent position • Competitive salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience) • Supportive workplace culture • Opportunities for professional development
