Balance Occupational Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate has relevant experience working within the community sector or is interested in working within the community setting, and has familiarity with NDIS processes. This role is based in the western and northern suburbs of Melbourne. You will get to work independently with an amazing and diverse group of clients whose development and support you will play a vital role in. The interventions and assessments you will conduct include: Functional Assessments Sensory Assessments Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments Home Modification Assessments including SIL and SDA Liaising with Support Coordinators and engaging with relevant allied health services Delivering ongoing OT interventions as designed by you and your client Many of us at Balance Occupational Therapy have families and busy lives outside of work and as such know how important a healthy balance of work and life is.
