About the Position: ïâ· As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high quality patient care, ensuring patient and staff safety, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary health care team in a primary care environment. ïâ· Assessing and coordinating the care delivery needs of each individual patient. ïâ· Administering prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocol and delivering a high level of patient care. Interacting with patients, families, and other visitors in a courteous, helpful manner.
