We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager – Pavements to join a tier-one contractor delivering a landmark $5 billion highway infrastructure project in Queensland . This is a senior leadership role offering long-term project stability, strong commercial exposure, and the opportunity to work on one of Australia’s most significant road projects. The Role As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of pavement works, including: End-to-end management of pavement construction packages Program, cost, quality, and safety performance Leading and mentoring project teams, engineers, and site staff Managing subcontractors and supplier relationships Stakeholder engagement with clients and key project partners Driving productivity, risk management, and continuous improvement About You Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale road/highway or pavement projects Strong background in asphalt, concrete pavements, and spray seal (pavement focus essential) Excellent leadership, commercial, and contract management skills Experience working with Tier 1 or large Tier 2 contractors What’s On Offer Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 Super vehicle (depending on experience) Long-term role on a $5B flagship infrastructure project Career progression with a highly reputable contractor Supportive, high-performing project team APPLY NOW if interested or email joyce.hsu@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.
