ConsultANZ is looking for a Spray Seal Manager for a civil and road construction company in New South Wales. You will oversee spray seal operations and play a key role in servicing state government clients across transport, reseal, sealing, and stabilisation projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a strong focus on safety and lead safety meetings. Manage spray seal project planning, execution, and completion. Ensure projects stay on budget and meet specifications. Build and maintain relationships with government clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Lead and grow crews, ensuring alignment with company goals. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage risks. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 10 years’ experience managing spray seal crews and projects. Strong knowledge of spray sealing techniques. Proven leadership and communication skills. Commitment to safety and results-driven performance.
