ConsultANZ is looking for a Spray Seal Supervisor for a civil and roadworks contractor in New South Wales. You will manage safety, budgets, project delivery, and teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Our client is known for delivering road projects and expertise in spray sealing, asphalt, and pavement works. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a strong focus on safety and lead safety meetings. Manage project planning, execution, and completion. Ensure projects stay on budget and meet specifications. Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Lead and support teams, ensuring alignment with company goals. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage risks. Requirements 10 years’ experience managing sealing crews and projects. Strong knowledge of spray sealing techniques. Proven leadership and communication skills. Commitment to safety and results-driven performance. Relevant industry qualifications/certificates in civil construction and spray sealing. Benefits Competitive salary package ($120k super vehicle).
