Company: ConsultANZ is looking for a Leading Hand to join our team on a major Highway Upgrade Project in Rockhampton. Main duties: Supervise and lead a team of tradespeople on site. Oversee day-to-day operations for asphalt and spray seal works. Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. Coordinate with site management to maintain program and resource requirements. Mentor and support team members to promote skill development and adherence to best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Leading Hand in asphalt and spray seal projects . Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret site plans and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills. Current White Card and relevant safety tickets (traffic management, RII certifications preferred).
