Plant Operator (Dozer) Roster: Monday to Friday – 10-hour shifts starting at 7am Location: Kemps Creek, Sydney Duties & responsibilities: Operate earthmoving equipment, specifically dozers. Maintain site haul roads and drainage to required quality standards. Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions, and operating procedures. Work safely at all times in compliance with site rules and safety requirements. Identify and report safety hazards and incidents immediately. Maintain a professional image and consistently deliver high‑quality customer service. Skills & experience: Experience and/or relevant qualifications operating a variety of mobile plant and equipment, ideally within the civil construction industry. Sound knowledge of road construction and drainage construction and maintenance. Willingness and ability to teach and mentor younger employees. Waste industry experience desirable. Civil construction experience highly desirable.
