Mechanical Fitter Roster: FIFO ex Perth ONLY | 2 weeks on / 1 week off Location: Karratha Employment Type: Casual Duties & responsibilities Inspect, audit and assess fuel facilities to identify compliance requirements and remedial works Perform mechanical installation, servicing and repair of fuel systems, including tanks, pumps, pipework, valves and associated equipment Maintain, prepare and manage our client’s fleet equipment to operational standards Conduct preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs Support bulk fuel handling operations, including loading and unloading activities at ports and bulk storage facilities when required Complete all work safely and in accordance with company procedures, site requirements and industry standards Accurately complete job documentation, service reports and inspections Skills & experience Current and valid WA driver’s licence Trade qualification - Mechanical Fitter (Australian recognised) Full Australian working rights Strong commitment to safety and compliance Previous experience working with pumps, pipes, calibrations and meters (fuel maintenance) Previous mine-site exposure (desirable) Benefits Weekly pay advantage Attractive hourly rate plus daily allowance (LAHA) Enjoy a 2/1 FIFO roster with regular hours; maximising earning potential and predictable time off.
