We’re looking for an hands on Engineering Lead to join a high-growth software product company transforming cancer care through intelligent, clinician-focused technology. You’ll lead a talented engineering team while staying hands-on across a modern stack (React, Python/Django, AWS), helping scale both the platform and engineering practices. What you'll do Lead a small engineering team delivering the Physician Product (the flagship workflow for doctors) Stay hands-on: build features, review PRs, manage releases, design and own technical features, solve complex data integration challenges, manage technical implementation of customer onboarding Own operational reliability, lead incident response, improve alerting and observability, and strengthen our global support and monitoring as we scale. Drive improvement across delivery, from CI/CD and observability to team practices and quality. Mentor engineers, set standards, and foster a culture of technical excellence. Partner with Product and Design to build a product that scales with our growth plans. What you'll bring 10 years in software engineering with strong React Django experience. Experience leading small, high-performing teams. Experience in Scale Ups/Start up working on end-user products Experience in real-time data integration (APIs, Integration Brokers), messaging and or distributed systems.
