THE ROLE – WHAT YOU WILL MANAGE & BUILD! As the Product Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing operational product launch, roll-out and lifecycle strategies in collaboration with global marketing and local cross-functional teams. Developing sales, educational and marketing tools, and coordinating and delivering product, sales and physician-to-physician training programs to enable commercial success is part of this role. You will be driving market development by identifying clinical and market trends, executing post-market strategies, supporting reimbursement initiatives, and uncovering new product and marketing opportunities. You will define and execute professional conference strategies and support field execution through active engagement with Territory Managers and Market Development Managers. You will be building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders, sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders including Global Marketing, Clinical, Demand Planning and Regulatory. You will be leading planning and analysis activities including competitive strategy, market potential assessment, financial performance tracking, revenue action planning, and development and management of the category budget. WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB? 2 years previous experience within product/marketing role in medical device/medical equipment industry. Degree qualified, preferably in Marketing, Engineering or MBA. Experience leading new product launches and the different elements needed for gold standard launches. Experience in developing, implementing and running physician training and education. Proven experience as a team player with a winning attitude. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite including PowerPoint and Excel. You must have full working rights for Australia and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Interested?
