This role is ideal for a skilled carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working on high-end residential renovations, including decks and pergolas, within occupied homes. ️ About the Role You will be working across a variety of premium residential renovation projects, delivering beautiful finishing work to a consistently high standard. Projects are located throughout Ipswich, Logan, and Brisbane’s western suburbs. As this is a small team, cultural fit is just as important as technical skill. ✅ What We’re Looking For Trade-qualified carpenter with solid industry experience Proven experience building decks, pergolas, and high-end residential renovations Own tools and strong knowledge of carpentry methods Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Well-spoken with excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail and pride in quality finishes Ability to work autonomously and as part of a tight-knit team You don’t need decades of experience — but you must have the capability and confidence to deliver the job properly, from start to finish.
