About the role: An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Program Director (SAP) to lead this large-scale transformation end-to-end. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong strategic capability, deep SAP expertise, and proven experience delivering complex technology programs within large, regulated environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the SAP Transformation Program from pre-feasibility through to delivery and completion Provide strategic direction and governance for the SAP S/4HANA implementation/upgrade Develop and manage program plans, budgets, timelines, compliance frameworks, and risk strategies Lead feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and investment justifications Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, steering committees, vendors, and external partners Oversee and mentor multidisciplinary project teams (internal and external) to ensure delivery on time and within budget Work closely with SAP to design optimal solutions for long-term support and sustainability Identify, manage, and mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks Represent the Client on project control groups and tender evaluation panels About You: You are a senior SAP delivery leader with a strong track record of managing large, complex transformation programs. You will bring: PMP certification (SAP certifications highly regarded) 5 years’ experience in Program Management , delivering large-scale technology programs Extensive hands-on experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades Strong understanding of SAP best practices, architecture, and governance Proven experience engaging with C-level executives and steering committees Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and team leadership skills Strong financial acumen, including budget and commercial management Experience working in or with Government environments (preferred) Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced, and highly visible programs Working Conditions 40 hours per week Hybrid work across Sydney Olympic Park and Parramatta Contract role through to 30 June 2026 (high chance of extension) Eligibility & Checks Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or NZ Citizen Great opportunity to join a high-profile organisation and make a real impact.
