The Opportunity We are seeking a driven, high-impact Project Manager to work on an end-to-end implementation of a Loan Management System. You will work across the project lifecycle, ensuring their lending operations—from origination through to collections—are seamless, compliant, and scalable. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Delivery: Work on the full project lifecycle of the LMS implementation, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the central hub between IT, Credit Underwriting, Legal/Compliance, and Operations to translate business needs into technical requirements. Workflow Design: Map out complex loan lifecycles, including application processing, credit decisioning engines, mortgage servicing, and automated collection workflows. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the implementation process and develop "Plan B" strategies to keep the project moving. Change Management: Lead the transition from legacy systems to the new LMS, including data migration oversight and staff training. Required Qualifications & Experience Domain Expertise: Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience within Loan Management, Originations, Mortgages, Collections, or Credit Underwriting. Technical Familiarity: Proven track record of leading at least one full-cycle LMS implementation or a major upgrade of a core banking/lending platform. Communication Powerhouse: Ability to explain complex technical debt to a stakeholder and business risks to a developer with equal clarity. The "Hustle" Factor: A "get-it-done" mentality. You are comfortable diving into the weeds to solve a problem but can zoom out to manage the high-level roadmap.
