What We’re Looking For: We are seeking competent, experienced civil labourers who can confidently work across all aspects of civil construction, including: Proven experience in civil construction environments Competency in tasks such as trenching, stormwater installation, drainage, pipe laying, backfilling, and working around machinery Strong understanding of site safety , procedures, and following direction Reliable, punctual, and consistent – willing to show up every day and take pride in your work Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and within a team Available for immediate start Must have valid license access to reliable transport What’s On Offer: Long-term, consistent work across major civil projects 10 Hour days optional additional weekend work Above-award pay rates , paid weekly, super, meal and travel allowances paid on top.
