As a Site/Project Engineer, you will be providing specialist engineering, construction management and contract administration expertise in the delivery of road and drainage infrastructure. The role will require you to work productively as part of a high performing team to ensure achievement of outcomes including building, maintaining, and fostering good relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and principal contractors. Position Responsibilities include: Prepare procurement documentation and analyse quotations. Develop and manage contracts for road infrastructure projects. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering advice in consultation with the Senior Project Engineer. Ensure compliance with contract conditions during project delivery. Report regularly on safety, schedule, budget, quality, environment, and stakeholder engagement. Review and improve quality assurance and business processes. Ideally, you will have: General Technical knowledge related to civil road and drainage construction and rehabilitation. Procurement and contract administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience maintaining quality assurance systems and records. Ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds. Mandatory Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (4-year course) QLD General Safety Induction (Construction Industry) – White Card. Current C Class Driver’s Licence.
