Description Account Manager – Chatswood, Hornsby and Brookvale Part-Time Permanent role, working Monday to Thursday. We are seeking a Part-Time Permanent Account Manager (Monday–Thursday) to drive referral growth and market share across Chatswood, Hornsby and Brookvale. This is a hands-on sales role, ideal for someone who is motivated by targets, enjoys influencing outcomes, and excels at growing referral networks within healthcare. About the Role As an Account Manager, your primary focus will be driving increased referrals and procedure volumes from existing and new referrers within the region. You will actively manage your territory as a sales portfolio, using a structured, strategic approach to identify growth opportunities and convert them into measurable results. You will be responsible for strengthening I-MED’s presence in-market, influencing referral behaviour, and ensuring referrers choose I-MED as their preferred imaging partner. Key Responsibilities Proactively drive referral growth, sales revenue and procedure volumes across the territory Develop and execute targeted sales plans to increase referrer engagement and loyalty Identify, target and convert new referral opportunities within clinics and practices Grow share of wallet from existing referrers through regular, value-driven engagement Position I-MED services effectively to influence referral decision-making Track sales activity, referral trends and account performance against targets Collaborate with internal operational and clinical teams to support referrer needs and remove barriers to growth Represent I-MED at meetings and networking events to build pipeline and brand presence Key Requirements Proven experience in a sales, business development or account management role, ideally within healthcare or a related industry Demonstrated ability to drive growth, influence referrer behaviour and achieve targets Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based sales role Experience using CRM or sales reporting tools (Salesforce highly regarded) Willingness to travel regularly across Chatswood, Hornsby and Brookvale and occasional travel to Sydney CBD for meetings/training ect Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle Why Join Us?
