ConsultANZ is looking for experienced Excavator / Crane Operators to join a leading piling contractor delivering large-scale infrastructure and civil construction projects across NSW. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for safely operating heavy machinery on site, supporting construction crews, and ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Operate excavators and cranes safely and efficiently on piling and civil construction sites. Conduct daily machinery inspections and perform routine maintenance as required. Load, unload, and move materials accurately and safely. Support construction and piling crews with equipment and material handling. Maintain compliance with site safety procedures, inductions, and WHS requirements. Assist with site clean-up and equipment maintenance as required. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Excavator and/or Crane Operator on construction, civil, or piling projects. Proven knowledge of safe machinery operation and load handling. Valid high-risk licenses for crane and excavator operation. Construction White Card (mandatory). Relevant tickets such as Dogging, Rigging, or Working at Heights are highly regarded.
