ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Supervisor to work on civil and infrastructure projects with a leading piling contractor in NSW. In this hands-on leadership role, you will lead piling crews, supervise operations, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise piling work and crews on site. Plan and coordinate daily work with the team and equipment. Check work meets quality, safety, and environmental standards. Report progress to Project Managers and resolve issues quickly. Mentor and support junior staff and leading hands. Keep accurate records of work, resources, and site reports. Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ experience working as a Foreman/Supervisor within the civil infrastructure sector. Thorough understanding of civil works delivery, including piling and ground improvement. Experience with CFA, driven piles, sheet piles, and rotary bored piles preferred . In-depth knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental compliance. Proven track record of mentoring and developing junior staff. Ability to work closely with Project Managers to successfully deliver projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Benefits: Full-time permanent role.
