ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Batch Plant Operator to join Australia’s leading Foundation Piling & Drilling Contractor in NSW. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established company using modern equipment and proven industry practices. You will operate batch plant and related equipment on piling projects, working with supervisors and site crews to ensure work is completed safely and on time Key Responsibilities: Operate heavy plant and civil equipment such as cranes, concrete pumps, de-sanders, and earthmoving equipment Support piling and drilling works on site Carry out daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance Follow all site safety and work procedures Work well with supervisors and site teams Manage your time and tasks efficiently Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Plant Operator Experience in piling, civil earthworks, or mining preferred Mobile plant experience required Good understanding of construction and safety procedures Able to work independently and in a team Reliable, motivated, and safety focused Experience with Kobelco, Schwing, Liebherr, Bauer, or Soilmec is an advantage, but operators with other rig experience are also welcome.
