Our client is a specialist Civils and Geotechnical contractor with an excellent record in delivering concrete, ground engineering and piling solutions nationwide for both the private and public sectors. Due to planned company expansion within their Geotechnical division, they are seeking two experienced Geotechnical professionals to lead and drive the growth of their Geotechnical divisions in WA and NSW, being Perth and Sydney based respectively. Candidates must have a Geotechnical background with management experience in company growth and oversee all aspects of projects from tender submissions through to successful project delivery. You will also oversee both the commercial and project delivery teams, in turn you will be reporting into the WA or NSW State Manager Due to the nature of this role our client is open to applicants from both a contracting or consultancy background. Industry experience will be the driving factor to be successful in this role. Our client will also consider applicants who may have reached a ceiling in their present company that are keen to take their first step in a management role.
