Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. Enrolments: Support enrolment processes and build strong connections with new families. Compliance: Maintain full compliance with Australian standards, including all regulatory and A&R requirements. Family & Child Engagement: Create a warm, inclusive environment for children and families. Operational Leadership: Drive best practice and high-quality education and care.
