About the Role As Centre Manager in Bondi, you’ll have the unique chance to build your own team of passionate Educators and lead them in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment for children. You’ll be supported by our Head Office Team so you can focus on what truly matters, the safety and wellbeing of children in your care, the wellbeing of your team, the daily operations, and the success of every child in your care. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of dedicated Educators to deliver high-quality, child-led programs Manage day-to-day operations in collaboration with your Centre Leadership Team Foster a safe, inclusive, and vibrant learning environment Promote a culture of child safety and wellbeing within the centre Establish strong, meaningful relationships with families, children, and the local community Drive continuous improvement to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards Participate in ongoing professional learning and contribute to our shared vision and values What We’re Looking For A Centre Manager with a clear passion for quality early education and children’s safety Proven experience in managing a childcare service and leading a high-performing team An understanding of contemporary child safe practices A dynamic leader who can motivate, mentor, and inspire others Confident in implementing innovative, child-focused programs Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build respectful and lasting connections with families and staff Knowledge of that National Quality Framework (NQF) and regulatory requirements.
