Cornerstone Migration is a specialist migration and recruitment firm working on complex employer-sponsored, business, and strategic visa matters. We are looking for a bright, detail-oriented law graduate or senior law student who enjoys legal reasoning, problem-solving, and real responsibility early in their career. This role is not clerical and not a checkbox admin job . You’ll work closely with the Director on real client matters, learning how migration law works in practice — from policy interpretation to strategy and submissions. This role will suit someone who: Is a law graduate or final-year law student (PLT welcomed but not required at this stage) Thinks logically and asks good questions Is comfortable reading legislation, policy, and instructions and applying them correctly Takes pride in accuracy, structure, and doing things properly the first time Wants exposure to real legal work, not just ticking boxes What you’ll be doing: Assisting with migration applications and legal submissions Reviewing and organising client documents with a strong eye for detail Preparing forms, supporting materials, and draft correspondence Interpreting policy and instructions and flagging issues early Acting as a quality-control layer before work progresses further You won’t be expected to know everything on day one — but you will be expected to think, learn quickly, and take ownership of your work.
