This position is ideal for someone who is active, energetic, and enjoys working with children in a supportive and respectful environment. The role is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with the following hours: Tuesday: 8:00am – 6:00pm Wednesday: 8:00am – 6:00pm Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm The family has three children aged 1.5 years, 10 years and 12 years. They are progressive, active and value a healthy lifestyle with limited screen time. They are looking for a nanny who can support these values and become a long-term part of the children’s routine. Responsibilities include providing a safe, engaging and nurturing environment, supporting healthy food options and meal routines, assisting with school pick-up and after-school activities, and taking the younger child to activities. The older children travel to school by public transport in the mornings, so the focus in the afternoons will be supporting their after-school commitments. The family is seeking someone who can provide respectful boundaries, is easy-going, and enjoys being involved in the children’s day-to-day activities. A car is provided for work use, and a driver’s licence is required. Applicants must have a current Working With Children Check (WWCC), first aid certificate, full driver’s licence, and two child-related references.
