What You’ll Do • Provide day-to-day administration and project support • Prepare and maintain project documentation, records and reports • Support client communication and stakeholder touch points • Coordinate scheduling and follow-up tasks • Assist with procurement and subcontractor engagement • Manage general office duties and help streamline processes • Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure delivery excellence Who You Are • Has solid administration experience (construction, insurance-related admin, project support or similar advantageous) • Is highly organised and enjoys juggling a variety of tasks • Takes initiative, is proactive, and sees work through to completion • Communicates clearly with internal teams, clients and suppliers • Can prioritise well under pressure and maintain accuracy • Has strong computer skills (MS Office with the ability to pick up other systems quickly) Experience in construction, restoration, property services or similar industries will give you a head start, but attitude, organisation and reliability are what will help you shine.
