We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our professional kitchen team. Key Responsibilities Monitoring and ensuring high quality standards across all food preparation and presentation Preparing and cooking food in line with menu specifications and service standards Assisting in planning and developing menu items Estimating food and labour costs in consultation with Senior Chefs and Management Receiving, checking, and storing food stocks, kitchen supplies, and equipment Assisting with ordering and controlling food stock and ingredients Discussing food preparation issues and operational requirements with Senior Chefs and Managers Assisting in the planning, preparation, and operation of catering and function services Training, mentoring, and developing Junior Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Hands Implementing kitchen systems, processes, and standard operating procedures Implementing and inspecting workplace hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards Maintaining and promoting a safe, secure, and compliant workplace in line with WHS requirements About You Relevant commercial cookery qualification Proven experience working as a Chef in a busy club, hotel, or large hospitality venue Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Strong organisational and time-management skills Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays What We Offer Secure full-time position Supportive and professional kitchen environment Opportunity to work in a reputable and busy club venue Competitive salary based on experience Click “Apply for this job” to register your interest for this fulltime salaried opportunity with a salary of $76K-$80K plus super
