This senior leadership role is ideal for a qualified Allied Health Professional with experience leading clinical teams and driving operational and cultural excellence. You will oversee Lead and Senior Therapists, support clinic performance, and ensure clinical practice aligns with MTC’s vision and values. Depending on clinic size, personal billable expectations may apply, with performance bonuses linked to clinic outcomes. As a cultural leader, you will model MTC’s values, foster a supportive team environment, and champion learning, engagement, and professional growth.
