Your Role as a Service Leader You’ll be the educational leader in the service, fostering a strong team culture and working with educators to deliver high-quality programs. In the role you will oversee the daily operations at our Beaconsfield service, with centralised support from the Thrive Head office and Business Services team for enrolments, accounts, HR and compliance. Unlike a traditional Director role, you’ll spend a lot of your time out on the floor working with educators to deliver high-quality programs. About You Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and support a team of educators. Sound knowledge of early childhood practice and the National Quality Framework. Proven ability to foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Excellent organisational skills and confidence in managing day-to-day service operations. Commitment to upholding professionalism, collaboration, and a values-led approach. Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) required.
